Finalists for Notting Hill Housing Commission announced!

I’m delighted to have been selected as one of five finalists to create a wall mounted artwork for a new Notting Hill Housing Association development.

Voting is open to the public and is now live and can be viewed at this link:

Feel free to share with whomever you wish. You can view the artist's design proposal by clicking on the image, then simply click the heart symbol next to the one you want to vote for. Voting is open until Friday 31st July and the winner will be announced week commencing 3rd August.

Notting Hill Housing, the developers of a new collection of stylish luxury apartments at Brackenbury Square, are commissioning a wall-mounted sculpture for the public-facing exterior wall on the corner of Goldhawke Road and Hammersmith Grove.

The new artwork will be unveiled this winter. Both the completed Brackenbury Square apartments and the winning artwork will form a new piece of Hammersmith and Fulham's history. Once part of pasture land available to shepherds travelling to Smithfields Market, the area is now home to a contemporary and stylish new landmark, changing the face of the local landscape.

Drawn 2015 at the RWA - a busy Private View

We decided to 'pop' down to Bristol last night for the Private View of Drawn 2015 and Drawing On: The Ingram Collection of Modern British and Contemporary Art at the Royal West of England Academy. The M6 is not the best place to be on a Friday afternoon but we were glad we made the effort! Great to see lots of people filling the gallery and so many different approaches to drawing both traditional and contemporary.
